These chapters just scratch the surface on stress-reduction techniques. There are as many as there are individuals. Stress lessens, stress hormones dissipate, and I stop battling genuine physical cravings that make weight loss and control an uphill battle, doomed from the start. Now I’m ready to tackle the way I’m eating to optimize my successful weight loss.

In hindsight, if I had to do it all again, I would have dumped the diets. I would have found my favorite stress reducers, quickly worked them into my life in a consistent way, and then and only then would I have revamped the way I was eating. And that doesn’t take long! You can enjoy a big reduction in stress in a matter of days using the stress-management tools I have given you. Many people tell me they experience tremendous stress relief from the moment they start practicing even one of these marvelous little tools.
